Privacy policy
Last updated 4 October 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how Daily Kick treats your information. It is a draft and will be reviewed before launch.
What we collect
- You can play without an account and without telling us anything about yourself.
- On your device. We store your results, streak and settings (sound, vibration) in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data clears it.
- Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We see things like how many people played and which buttons were used, to improve the game and report to sponsors.
If you create an account
An account is optional. It lets you appear on leaderboards and keep your streak across devices.
- What we store: your email address (to sign you in), the username you choose, and your scores, including the shots you recorded so we can check them.
- What others see: your username and scores on the leaderboards. Never your email.
- Sign-in: you can sign in with Google or an emailed link. If you use Google, we only receive your email address and a unique id.
- Where it is kept: in a database hosted by Supabase, in Sydney. Our server checks every score before it is saved.
- Your control: you can download your data or delete your account at any time from the account menu. Deleting removes your username, email and online scores. Your game on your own device is unaffected.
- Young players: if you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before creating an account.
Sponsors
Sponsor links open the sponsor's own website in a new tab, labelled as sponsored. They are plain links: sponsors do not run scripts or trackers on Daily Kick. Once you visit a sponsor's website, its own privacy policy applies.
Fonts
We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to download them.
Your choices and contact
You can clear stored data at any time in your browser settings. Questions: [email protected].
